Caramel Cream with Sugared Blackcurrant

A delightfully fruity and creamy dessert that blends perfectly with special occasions!

Ingredients

Dulce de leche
400 ml
Greek yoghurt
250 g
Blackcurrants
225 g
Caster sugar
50 g
Oats
8

Instructions

Step 1

  • Stir caramelised milk and yogurt into a smooth cream. Divide into 8 glasses, place in refrigerator.

Step 2

  • Stir sugar and blackcurrants until the sugar dissolves.

Step 3

  • Top the glasses with blackcurrants and crumble over the oatflakes.
