Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients: 3 eggs; 200 ml cream; 120 g wheat flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp salt; 1 tbsp caster sugar; 100 g Frozen blueberries; 2 tbsp Melted butter; maple syrup; Vanilla quark

Sprinkle the blueberries in the batter and bake yummy and slightly thicker pancakes. Drizzling maple syrup on the top gives the American touch.

Ingredients

Eggs	3
Cream	200 ml
Wheat flour	120 g
Baking soda	1 tsp
Salt	1 tsp
Caster sugar	1 tbsp
Frozen blueberries	100 g
Melted butter	2 tbsp
Maple syrup
Vanilla quark

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk eggs and crème fraîche together.

Step 2

Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and blueberries.

Step 3

Pour half of the butter into the batter and butter the pan with the rest.

Step 4

Bake the pancakes. Serve with maple syrup and vanilla quark.
