Instructions

  • Mix rolled oats, banana, egg, shredded coconut, and cinnamon until the batter is smooth. Fold in the blueberries.
  • Grease a mug with butter and rapeseed oil and pour in the cake batter. 
  • Cook for 1½-2 minutes at medium-high heat in the microwave.
  • Serve the warm blueberry mug cake with quark.
