Blueberry Milk with Oats

An extremely tasty and healthy blueberry milk is easy to make for a snack. It has lots of vitamins, protein and oats that provide extra fibre.

Ingredients

Semi-skimmed milk
400 ml
Frozen blueberries
200 g
Vanilla quark
150 ml
Oatmeal
4 tbsp

  • Blend all the ingredients together. Pour into glasses and serve with a straw.
