Blackcurrant Smoothie

Emma Erlandsson, the finalist of Chef 2015, has created a refreshing and fluffy blackcurrant smoothie rich in vitaminutes c. It is the perfect energy kick for before or after exercise.

Ingredients

Semi-skimmed milk
450 ml
Vanilla yoghurt
450 g
Blackcurrants
150 g
Pressed lime juice
1 tsp

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve in glass.
