Beef Chili

Beef Chili

A luscious chilli made with slow-cooked prime rib. The heat from the chilly is irresistibly good. Serve with tortillas, or bread, salad and corn.

Ingredients

Prime Rib
900 g
Garlic cloves
5
Red chillies
2
Rapeseed oil
Salt
tsp
Ground cumin
2 tsp
Ground ground coriander
2 tsp
Chilli powder
2 tsp
Dried oregano
2 tsp
Honey
1 tbsp
Beer
330 ml
Beef stock
2 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Cut the meat into pieces. Peel and chop the garlic. Deseed and chop the chillies.

Step 2

  • Fry the meat in rapeseed oil in a pan. And then add the other ingredients.

Step 3

  • Allow to boil for about 2 ½ hours with the lid on, stirring until the meat is soft.
