Banana Omelette

Banana Omelette

A banana omelette is great to eat after exercising, as it contains lots of proteins and fast carbohydrates. An easy-to-make omelette that is delicious and fruity.

Ingredients

Banana
1
Eggs
3
Cottage cheese
250 g
Salt
1 pinch
Honey
1 tbsp
Butter
100 g
Blueberries
100 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Mash the banana in a bowl. Add eggs, half of cottage cheese, salt and honey. Beat lightly.

Step 2

  • Fry the omelette on medium heat in butter for about 3 minutes. The omelettes should be a little creamy in the middle.

Step 3

  • Serve with blueberries and cottage cheese.
