Tip

Your choice of sweet potatoes can impact the overall result of the dish. Opt for sweet potatoes that are roughly uniform in size. This way, all your potatoes will bake evenly and you can test if they are done by inserting a knife into the centre of the potato. If the knife slides in effortlessly, with no resistance, that is your signal that the sweet potatoes are perfectly baked.

Tip

If you have some leftovers, you can store these for the next day. Place them in an airtight container and store them in the fridge. When you are ready to enjoy them again, reheat them in the oven or microwave.
