Instructions

  • Place the diced pears in the bottom of a baking dish (approx. 22 x 22 cm).
  • Mix the oats, walnuts, coconut, dates, sugar, cardamom, vanilla powder and salt well and spread over the pear.
  • Whisk the eggs and milk together and pour it over.
  • Bake the porridge in the centre of the oven at 200 °C for approx. 35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve the baked porridge warm or cold with Greek yoghurt.
