Apple cobbler

Apple cobbler

Apple cobbler is a traditional American dessert dating back to the 19th century. It originated as a rustic, home-cooked dish made with seasonal apples and a simple biscuit-like topping. It gained popularity due to the abundance of apples in North America and the ease of preparing the dessert with simple ingredients commonly found in rural households. Our version includes also crunchy pomegranate seeds for a little twist. Enjoy it served with whipped cream!

Tips

To enhance the apple flavour you can add spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, or a hint of lemon zest. These ingredients will complement the natural sweetness of the fruit for an even nicer apple cobbler.
