Almond smoothie

Enjoy this delicious and creamy blend. Packed with nutrients, it’s perfect as a snack throughout the day or as a nice refreshment when served cold. Our almond smoothie has a little banana touch that will also contribute to your daily fruit intake. Don’t forget to serve with a straw for the ultimate summer vibe!

Ingredients

Banana
1
Semi-skimmed milk
600 ml
Almonds Flour
60 g
Honey
1 tsp
Ice
100 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Cut the banana into pieces and put in a blender with the milk, the almond flour and the honey. Then blend until smooth.

Step 2

  • Serve in glass with a lot of ice, preferably crushed.
Enjoy!

Tip

Enhance the almond flavour by adding a tablespoon of almond butter or a handful of almonds to the smoothie.

Use frozen banana for a thicker texture
