Instructions

Chocolate flavour
  • Place the bananas, the plain yogurt the cocoa powder and the maple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add more maple syrup if needed for sweetness. Then put in the freezer for at least 1 or 2 hours and serve your delicious yogurt ice cream in a bowl.
Blueberry flavour
  • Place the frozen blueberries, the plain yogurt, the lemon juice and the maple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Check for sweetness and add more maple syrup if needed. Freeze the mixture for at least 1 or 2 hours and serve.
Raspberry flavour
  • Blend the raspberries, the plain yogurt and the maple syrup until smooth. Try the mixture and add more maple syrup to taste, then place in the freezer for at least 1 or 2 hours. When your yogurt ice cream is ready serve and enjoy!

Tip

Prepare the yogurt ice cream the day before serving and leave in the freezer overnight. Remove the yogurt ice cream from the freezer for 10 minutes before serving for the perfect texture.

Tip

Use frozen fruit for a creamier texture and to help cool down the mixture. For the bananas, use frozen ones that have been previously chopped to make it easier.
