3 Ingredient Easter pots

This simple 3 ingredient Easter pot recipe will help you make the most out of those Easter egg leftovers to enjoy with family or friends.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Heat the custard and Cravendale in a saucepan over a medium heat until hot, but don't let it get to boiling!
Step 2
  • Roughly break up the leftover Easter eggs in the pan and allow to melt into a chocolatey-Cravendale combo. Make sure you keep stirring and again, don't let the mixture boil.
Step 3
  • Once fully melted together, pour even amounts of mixture into 4-6 ramekins, then pop them in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set.
Step 4
  • Once set, remove from the fridge and decorate your Easter pots how you like! Top with a little cream, a few chocolate egg shards and a dusting of cocoa, plus any other treats you want to add. Then sit back and enjoy your indulgent and super easy Easter treat.
